The Heart of the program

The Heart of Maine Doula Training Program is a comprehensive, hands-on course designed to prepare compassionate, knowledgeable doulas to serve families across Maine. Rooted in the unique culture and needs of our state, this program blends evidence-based education with practical skills, covering every aspect of birth and postpartum support.
